 Nicole — affectionately known as “Nikki” — is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, Air Force Veteran, certified wedding planner, and the visionary behind Art N Soul Escapes (ANSE). After nearly 23 years of Federal Service, she proudly retired at 50 years young, a milestone made possible through the success of her travel business. Today, she embraces a well‑deserved soft life, choosing when and how she works while pouring her energy into what she loves most: helping her agents build thriving travel businesses and curating unforgettable travel experiences for her community.

ANSE began as an online social community where like‑minded individuals could connect for brunches, theater outings, and the occasional getaway when their “maybe next time” friends couldn’t make it. What started as a fun, soulful gathering space evolved into a full‑service travel agency 16 years ago, rooted in connection, culture, and community.

Nicole’s greatest joy comes from witnessing travelers receive their first passport stamp through an ANSE experience. She believes travel is more than a vacation — it’s an opportunity to see the world with fresh eyes, discover overlooked destinations, and build lifelong bonds. Her signature Mystery Trip Event is a fan favorite, selling out each year with a growing waitlist. And of course, destination weddings remain one of her most cherished specialties.

Understanding that many people hesitate to step outside their comfort zones, Nicole made it her mission to shift that narrative. Through hosted group trips, pre‑vacation meet‑ups, and a warm, inclusive community, she ensures no one ever has to travel alone.

As a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) with The Travel Institute and a former certified wedding & event planner with over six years in the industry, Nicole brings a unique blend of logistics expertise, creativity, and heart — especially when coordinating large group events.

When she’s not planning your next adventure, Nicole is mentoring and training new independent contractors who are ready to launch their own travel businesses. Her leadership is rooted in empowerment, integrity, and the belief that everyone deserves to build a life they love.
